Since Anteris Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is offering non-tangible irrevocable service, as the payment always taken after the delivery of the service or project, so we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service is delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon sign contract with us or on our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the service we supply.

Once your service order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our service section.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • Major defects: although all the services are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our testing or developing Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the service of the same or around the same value can be offered; please be advised that temporary access to your server can be requested by our software development team in order to identify and fix the possible problems with our product or service. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your server will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.

Service received not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 14 days from the date of the payment. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website/contract. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Refund due to Copyright content: – If you find any content on your project or service, which is received by us, comes under Copyright category, in that case, you can contact us and have to give those kinds of information. After a verification, if we find your claim is true, we will provide a full refund of your payment.
The above condition is valid for 30 days of the refund period. After 30 days this type of condition will not be entertained. Because this service comes with a one-time payment for one-time service.
